Me and my ex girlfriend broke up a month ago .. and she found another [ a guy she went out with before two years ago.]

But heres the thing .. she doesn't care about none of her ex boyfriends except for me .. she told me this in exact words : "I dont know if you let your friends talk about me.. but I would never let a guy come up to me and disrespect you or what we had.. and thats my word."

and on her myspace .. theres a picture of me that says "We aren't as close as before.. I don't know why.. but your still my friend." ...and she has a boyfriend, and he isn't even on her Myspace that much.. but he has one too.. and he's on her top four.

and today.. we put all our problems to the side we had towards the end of the relationship and after.. even though we didnt have problems .. we would just get mad at what each other away message would say at times.. but today she was like "My mom knows we had sex ! hehe. =)"

What is her deal ? Why does she want to be so close to me ? Help !

She sounds like a girl who love the drama. I see a trend... she is with an ex now? She want to keep you (an ex) close? Heard of "Want your cake, and eat it too"?

I would stop listening to the words coming out of that girls mouth, and start watching her actions and her body language. Some girls get off on watching guys fight over them. Some guys too.

Unless you thrive on drama, I would show some real boundaries with this girl. She's playing games, and you are just one of the pawns. Could be a fun chick to have around though. Maybe start talking to her friends and see what reaction that gets. But if she tries playing a girlfriend-like attitude, I would cut it off and show her your limit right there. It will probably drive her crazy, and may be fun for ya.
